This is a contract role with onsite opportunities. The ideal candidate has strong proficiency in 5S methodology and continuous improvement principles and is comfortable teaching professionals in manufacturing, production, and corporate environments. Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is required for this role. Primary Areas of Focus Introduction to 5S methodology: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain 5S implementation in a production environment Continuous improvement principles and practices Workplace organization and efficiency Sustaining 5S culture across teams Practical application for production and operations teams Key Responsibilities Deliver live instructor-led 5S and continuous improvement training sessions onsite Teach 5S best practices to production, HR, and management teams in both English and Spanish Adapt training content for non-technical and production-level audiences Develop training exercises and learning materials Guide participants through hands-on exercises using real-world workplace scenarios Provide recommendations for improving workplace organization and efficiency Required Qualifications Fluency in both English and Spanish Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with 5S methodology and continuous improvement Experience delivering professional or corporate training to adult learners Strong communication and facilitation skills Ability to teach non-technical and production-level audiences Must be located in or able to commute to Santa Ana, California Preferred Qualifications Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment Background in operations or process improvement Experience training production-level employees Compensation Competitive hourly or per-session rate based on experience and delivery format.
