Valley College's Growth:
Valley College continues to grow, evolve, and thrive in the postsecondary education community. As a result, Valley College's leadership has once again invested in new research, programs, and staff which has resulted in the development and growth of our students into future professionals preparing to enter their field of interest. Based on our sustained success and growth, Valley College is looking for Nursing professionals and educators with backgrounds in Biology, Microbiology, or Pathophysiology to teach Nursing students in Valley College's Associate Degree in Nursing program.Valley College's Focus:
Valley College is focused on providing our Nursing students with the skills and knowledge that they need to not only excel in the classroom but gain the skills and knowledge that various types of medical facilities are looking for from today's Nursing program graduates. Valley College is also focused on the success and development of our instructors. This dedication is evidenced in the way we bring new instructors into our team, embrace you into our faculty, and prepare you to be successful at our college!Responsibilities of Biology, Microbiology, or Pathophysiology Instructors:
- Instruct students in our classrooms and student lab.
- Prepare, with the support of Valley College staff, an engaging classroom environment.
- Communicate with students and Valley College support staff in a proactive and productive manner.
- Post Attendance Daily.
- Conduct periodic student advising sessions.
- Tutor and/or provide additional academic support as requested by the Program Administrator.
- Assess and grade student performance, document student results, and provide updates as requested to the Program Administrator.
