What You'll Do Teach gymnastics classes to children of various ages and skill levels Create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment Help athletes develop strength, coordination, flexibility, and confidence Encourage personal growth through positive coaching and mentorship Work alongside a team of dedicated coaches committed to excellence Ensure classes are organized, productive, and fun for every athlete What We're Looking For Previous gymnastics coaching experience (recreational or competitive) Experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, childcare, camp, or similar setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team-first mentality Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic Passion for helping children learn and grow Availability on weekdays and/or weekends Spanish is a plus as we offer Spanish classes Why East Bay Gymnastics?
