Monitor workload, wellness, fatigue, and recovery using approved methods and communicate clinically relevant concerns to the medical team. Provide direct supervision for team-organized strength and conditioning sessions and maintain safe technique, appropriate progression, and emergency readiness. Be present at practices and matches, according to organizational standards and MLV policies. Maintain safe, clean, and organized training facilities and inspect equipment for hazards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology, human performance, strength and conditioning, or a related field. Current CSCS, SCCC, or another nationally recognized strength and conditioning credential approved by MLV. Current CPR/AED certification. Minimum three years of strength and conditioning experience in organized sports, preferably at the collegiate, professional, national-team level. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a related discipline. Experience in professional volleyball, women's sport, workload monitoring, return-to-performance, and travel-based programming.
