Our programs include a full time boarding junior golf academy that also offers after school junior programs (50 + students) , summer and holiday camps, adult golf schools, private lessons, and adult clinics at one of the busiest semi-private golf courses on the Treasure Coast. We are seeking at least one self-motivated Golf Instructor to join our growing team.
The instructors duties will include:
Manage, run, and market our local junior golf presence and programs Coach and manage after-school junior classes focused on skill development and competitive readiness. Lead and assist in junior golf camps and multi-day golf schools throughout the year. Accompany and support players during tournament travel, including pre-round prep and post-round evaluations. Maintain accurate lesson records, communicate with parents and players, and uphold MDGA training standards. Represent the MDGA brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a team-first attitude. Conduct private and group golf lessons Promote own programs and programs offered at MDGA Conducting complimentary clinics offered by the club Providing high quality instruction to all students. promoting and growing the full time academy program and after school program. Work closely with all members of the golf team and add input of ways to continue to grow and better all programs and facilities. Perform other assigned duties, including program set up, content creation, and interacting with customers. Promote the academy and golf club to help increase business.
Preferred Skills:
Bilingual 1+ years of teaching experience Experience working with junior golfers Playing experience at the junior, college, and professional level. Clean driving record with Valid driver's license with ability to drive for tournaments.
Pay Structure:
Lessons (75-25) Hourly Pay for work with MDGA programs (depending on applicant) Tournament travel daily fee and allowance Bonus for achieving enrollment goals Potential to become Salary position The candidate will have full teaching access to one of the busiest semi-private facilities in South Florida How to
