This role involves coordinating various sports and fitness activities, managing staff, and fostering a positive atmosphere that promotes health and wellness among students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for athletics and experience working with students in a variety of sports. Duties Develop, implement, and manage athletic programs tailored to student interests and needs. Supervise and train staff, coaches, and childcare personnel. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for all participants. Organize events and competitions in various sports such as basketball, baseball, softball, T-ball, Soccer and Volley ball. Monitor participant progress and provide feedback to improve skills in various athletic disciplines. Experience Proven experience working with students in an athletic or educational setting is essential. Background in sports management or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with various sports is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and participants alike. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and community members. This position requires a dedicated individual who is committed to promoting physical activity and fostering a love for sports among students.
