Position Summary:
Fremont-Mills Community School District is seeking a motivated, student-centered Assistant Girls Basketball Coach for the 2026-2027 winter season. This position is responsible for assisting with the leadership and development of the high school girls basketball program while fostering a positive team culture and supporting the growth of student-athletes both on and off the court. The Assistant Coach will work collaboratively with athletes, families, staff, and administration to promote sportsmanship, competitiveness, and long-term program success.

Coaches are expected to model integrity, build positive relationships, and develop student-athletes who demonstrate character, accountability, and a commitment to excellence. Fremont-Mills CSD serves students in grades PK-12 from the towns of Tabor, Randolph, Thurman, and surrounding rural communities.
