The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive baseball program that promotes athletic excellence, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The Head Coach will lead and mentor student-athletes, fostering their growth both on and off the field while ensuring compliance with school policies and athletic regulations. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a competitive baseball program that aligns with the school's mission and values.
• Plan and conduct daily practices, ensuring skill development and team cohesion.
• Organize and manage all aspects of the baseball program, including game strategy, player evaluations, and seasonal planning.
• Recruit, train, and supervise assistant coaches and support staff.
• Monitor the academic progress of student-athletes and promote a culture of academic excellence.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration regarding team expectations, schedules, and events.
• Schedule and coordinate games, tournaments, and team travel arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable league rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages sportsmanship and respect.
• Evaluate team performance and implement strategies for improvement throughout the season. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
• Previous coaching experience at the high school level or higher, with a strong understanding of baseball fundamentals and strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes to achieve their best both on and off the field.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in coaching and player development.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Must pass a background check and comply with school district policies.
• Availability for evening and weekend practices and games during the season.
