Barrington Park District Sports You'll Coach Soccer Basketball Baseball Responsibilities Lead fun, engaging, and age-appropriate youth sports classes Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment for all participants Communicate professionally with parents, participants, and park district staff Assist with class scheduling and program coordination Serve as a positive role model for young athletes Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Prior coaching, teaching, childcare, or youth program experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic Passion for working with children and helping them develop confidence through sports Availability on Saturdays and weekday evenings is required What We Offer Competitive pay
