Knowledge of and ability to work within and support the guidelines of the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA), the Hanover School.
Committee Policies, the Hanover High School Handbook for Students, and the Hanover High School Handbook for Coaches.
Willingness to support student-athletes as they balance academic success and athletic responsibilities.
Knowledge of the sportCoaching experienceExcellent interpersonal skills, including ability to work cooperatively with students, administrators, athletic department, school staff, parents, and parent groups.
First Aid Certification DesiredMIAA Concussion Certification Required
