Knowledge of and ability to work within and support the guidelines of the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA), the Hanover School. Committee Policies, the Hanover High School Handbook for Students, and the Hanover High School Handbook for Coaches. Willingness to support student-athletes as they balance academic success and athletic responsibilities. Knowledge of the sport Coaching experience Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to work cooperatively with students, administrators, athletic department, school staff, parents, and parent groups. First Aid Certification Desired MIAA Concussion Certification Required
