Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach to inspire athletes and fitness enthusiasts to achieve their peak physical performance. In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee comprehensive strength and conditioning programs tailored to individual needs. Your expertise will help clients improve their biomechanics, body mechanics, and overall physiology, ensuring safe and effective training sessions. Duties Develop personalized strength and conditioning training programs based on athlete assessments and goals Lead dynamic group fitness sessions focused on strength training, sports conditioning, and functional movement Educate clients on proper body mechanics, manual handling techniques, and injury prevention strategies Monitor progress through regular assessments, adjusting programs to optimize results and utilizing our wide array of technology strength and conditioning has to offer. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training activities, including CPR and AED operation when necessary Provide exceptional client communication and fitness customer service to motivate and support participants Maintain detailed records of training sessions, progress reports, and program adjustments Requirements Proven experience in fitness industry roles such as private, collegiate or professional sports setting (minimum of 5 years) Strong knowledge of biomechanics, physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics relevant to athletic performance Bachelors Degree in kinesiology, exercise science, or any other sports medicine field CSCS, CSCCa, FRCms certifications strongly encouraged Demonstrated ability to develop effective strength and conditioning training programs for diverse populations including youth athletes to Olympic and professional level Excellent coaching skills with a passion for teaching proper technique and motivating clients of all levels Experience working in fitness centers or health clubs with a focus on group fitness or personal training sessions Ability to communicate clearly with clients about program goals, safety measures, and progress updates Knowledge of sports coaching principles and experience working with athletes is highly desirable

$25.00 - $100.00 per hour
