We are looking for someone to work closely with Tatiana in creating a well rounded, positive, and high performing environment for our students. Job Summary We are seeking a part time passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics and experience working with students of various ages and skill levels. You will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the physical abilities and confidence of our gymnasts, all while ensuring a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Responsibilities Design and conduct gymnastics training sessions tailored to individual and group needs Teach fundamental skills, techniques, and routines in a safe, progressive manner Provide constructive feedback to help students improve and grow Maintain a clean and hazard-free training environment Monitor gymnast progress and adjust training plans accordingly Foster a positive atmosphere that promotes teamwork, discipline, and mutual respect Communicate effectively with parents about student progress and areas for development Collaborate with coaches and staff to plan events, competitions, and exhibitions Skills & Qualifications Previous coaching experience in gymnastics, cheerleading, martial arts, or a related field Strong teaching and communication skills High energy, patience, and the ability to engage with students of all ages Experience working with children and managing group behavior Ability to create an inclusive environment for students of different skill levels Background in childcare or physical education is a plus Must be a quick learner with a positive attitude and love for working with kids Why Join Us?
