Skyhawks Sports Academy is a leading national youth sports camp organization dedicated to fostering essential life skills in children ages 2-14 through sports, prioritizing safety, skill enhancement, and most importantly, FUN! Responsibilities:

Inspire and instruct our young athletes in both sports skills and essential life skills. Work closely with individuals and groups to foster skill progression tailored to each participant's needs. Create an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere where learning thrives. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times. Work collaboratively with our coaching team and management to deliver successful and impactful programs. Commit to leading all class sessions (once per week) over 4 weeks.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old (16 for assistant coaches) with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for commuting up to 30 miles to various camp locations. Must pass a background check. Demonstrate a genuine passion for sports. Current First Aid and CPR certification, or the ability to obtain certification before the first day of work. Employees who complete certification after hire will be reimbursed upon providing proof of completion.

Preferred:

Previous coaching or childcare experience.

Work Locations:

Chanhassen, Chaska, Carver, Eden Prairie, Victoria, Waconia, Jordan, Prior Lake, Minnetonka, and Wayzata. You will be scheduled within a maximum 30-mile radius from your home. All programs are held at local schools and parks.
