Duties Lead and organize winter track training sessions for athletes of various skill levels, emphasizing proper technique, conditioning, and teamwork. Develop customized training plans that align with athletes' goals and skill levels, incorporating sports-specific drills and exercises. Monitor athlete progress through regular assessments, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including operation of AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) and administering first aid or CPR when necessary. Foster a positive team environment by promoting good behavior management, sportsmanship, and motivation among athletes. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding athlete development, progress, and upcoming events. Maintain equipment, track facilities, and ensure all training areas are safe and well-organized.
