Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Youth Sports Coach to inspire and develop young athletes through engaging sports programs. In this role, you will lead youth in various sports activities, foster teamwork, promote healthy habits, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment for all participants. Your enthusiasm and expertise will motivate children to build confidence, improve their skills, and enjoy the benefits of physical activity. ONE CLASS PER DAY EACH CLASS IS ONE HOUR TIMES WILL BE 3

00-4:00 OR 3:30-4:30 DEPENDING

ON SCHOOL LOCATION START DATE WOULD BE 9/23/26

Duties Plan and deliver dynamic sports training sessions across multiple disciplines such as basketball, tennis and soccer. Supervise children during activities to ensure safety and promote positive behavior management. Teach fundamental skills and techniques in various sports while encouraging teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols, including lifeguard responsibilities when applicable. Assess participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development. Organize fun competitions, drills, and events that motivate children to stay active and engaged. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's participation and progress in programs. Experience Prior experience working with children or students in a sports or recreational setting is preferred. Demonstrated coaching ability in sports such as basketball, tennis and soccer. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to foster discipline and positive conduct among youth participants. Background in teaching physical education or coaching youth sports at schools or community centers is advantageous. Experience working with diverse groups of children with varying skill levels ensures an inclusive coaching approach. Join us as a Youth Sports Coach and help shape the next generation of athletes!
