Swim Instructor - UES

Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Swim Instructors to join our aquatic team across multiple locations. As a Swim Instructor, you will play an essential role in helping participants build confidence, develop swimming skills, and maintain a safe and positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach swim lessons to participants of various ages and skill levels following program curriculum and safety standards. Provide clear instruction, demonstrations, and feedback to support skill development. Maintain constant supervision of participants to ensure a safe aquatic environment. Set up and break down equipment as needed for each class. Communicate effectively with participants, caregivers, and supervisors regarding progress and program expectations. Support the pool team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
