Ninja Coach (Youth Fitness) Global Gymnastics | Athens, OH Do you have endless energy, enjoy being active, and love making a positive impact on kids? Global Gymnastics is looking for an enthusiastic Ninja Coach to lead our growing Ninja program for children ages 3-10. This is the perfect position for someone with a background in sports, fitness, military, wrestling, football, martial arts, parkour, climbing, CrossFit, or gymnastics—or anyone who loves encouraging kids to challenge themselves. What You'll Do Coach fun, fast-paced Ninja classes focused on strength, agility, coordination, and confidence. Create a safe, encouraging courses where every child feels successful. Teach obstacle skills including climbing, swinging, balancing, jumping, and vaulting. Lead warm-ups, games, and skill progressions. Help with birthday parties, camps, and special events. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe gym. Communicate positively with parents and fellow coaches. What We're Looking For High-energy personality that keeps kids engaged. Comfortable leading groups of children with confidence. Athletic and physically active. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Positive role model with excellent character. Ability to lift, spot, demonstrate skills, and stay active throughout classes. Week nights and occasional Saturday availability. 6-12 hours per week (perfect for college students) Preferred (Not Required) Experience coaching youth sports, fitness, gymnastics, ninja, martial arts, wrestling, football, or parkour.
