Are you passionate about Super Smash Bros and ready to share your expertise with others? T-Town eSports, based in Tulsa, OK, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Super Smash Bros Coach to join our team. If you have a knack for teaching, a love for gaming, and at least one year of experience, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do As a Super Smash Bros Coach at T-Town eSports, you'll play a pivotal role in helping players of all skill levels improve their gameplay.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing one-on-one or group coaching sessions tailored to individual player needs. Analyzing gameplay to identify areas for improvement and offering actionable strategies. Teaching advanced techniques, game mechanics, and competitive strategies. Encouraging players to develop their skills while fostering a fun and supportive environment. Staying up-to-date with the latest game updates, strategies, and trends in the Super Smash Bros community. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience playing or coaching Super Smash Bros at a competitive level. Strong communication skills to effectively teach and inspire players. A deep understanding of Super Smash Bros mechanics, characters, and strategies.
