Boxing Coach Contracted Boxing Coach Hempfield recCenter is looking for an experienced and motivated Boxing Coach to provide one-on-one boxing instruction for both youth and adults. This is a contracted position with the opportunity to grow and potentially develop a boxing program at the recCenter if the right fit and member interest are there. What you'll do: Provide one-on-one boxing sessions for youth and adult participants Teach proper boxing technique, footwork, conditioning, and fundamentals Create safe, engaging sessions based on each participant's age, experience, and goals Work with beginners through more experienced participants Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional coaching environment Potentially assist in developing small group or boxing programs based on interest and demand What we're looking for: Current boxing coaching certification/credential from a recognized boxing organization required Experience coaching both youth and adults preferred Strong knowledge of boxing fundamentals, technique, footwork, and conditioning Ability to safely adapt instruction for different ages, abilities, and experience levels Current CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliable communication and professional demeanor Positive, motivating coaching style
