About the Role Dexafit is expanding to Redondo Beach! We are looking for a proactive, adaptable, and sales-savvy individual to be one of the first faces of our new location. This is a hybrid role that blends front-of-house client experience with hands-on health and fitness testing. You will greet and check in clients, run and explain RMR and VO2 Max tests

Front Desk Operations & Client Support Support day-to-day studio operations Greet and check in clients Handle scheduling, answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors Maintain organized records and assist with administrative tasks 2. Outreach & Community Growth Help build the South Bay client base through local outreach

• connecting with gyms, wellness studios, physical therapy clinics etc.

to build relationships and expand DexaFit's services to the area 3. Sales & Business Growth Confidently educate clients on membership options, testing packages, and pricing Assist clients with finding the right packages for their goals Support marketing efforts through social media, community outreach and attend local events related to health and wellness 4. Testing & Coaching Opportunity to train as a Dexa, VO2 max, and RMR technician Administer RMR and VO2 Max tests Walk clients through their results and offer basic guidance on how to apply the data to their fitness and nutrition goals 5. Additional Support Assist with wellness services like red light therapy and health optimization programs Support business operations and process improvements Comfortable being on camera and capturing content for social media What We're Looking For Growth Mindset
