Job Description

Head Coach / Assistant Studio Director

  • Victory Park is seeking an experienced, energetic, and relationship-focused Head Coach / Assistant Studio Director to help lead our new personal training studio in Victory Park.
This is a full-time leadership and coaching position for someone who loves helping clients get stronger, healthier, and more confident while building lasting relationships with members. Unlike a traditional large-group fitness environment, Alloy specializes in personalized small-group personal training , with a maximum of six clients per session. Our Head Coach will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional training experience, building member relationships, driving retention, and helping establish the culture of our new Victory Park location. The Head Coach will work closely with the Studio Director. While the Studio Director will primarily lead membership sales and business development, the Head Coach will primarily own coaching quality, member experience, retention, and day-to-day fitness operations . Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality Alloy small-group personal training sessions Build strong relationships with members and create an exceptional client experience Help members progress toward their individual fitness and health goals Monitor member engagement and proactively address potential retention issues Help drive strong member retention through coaching, communication, accountability, and service Assist with fitness assessments, consultations, and new-member onboarding Maintain Alloy programming, coaching, safety, and brand standards Help train, mentor, schedule, and provide feedback to part-time coaches Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and welcoming training environment Work closely with the Studio Director to achieve membership and revenue goals Support membership consultations, referrals, community events, presale activities, and sales efforts when needed Help establish the culture and operating standards of a brand-new Alloy location Qualifications Personal training or fitness coaching experience required Nationally recognized personal training certification strongly preferred CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within the company's required timeframe Strong knowledge of strength training, exercise technique, progression, and client safety Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build genuine relationships with clients of varying ages and fitness levels Leadership or coaching-team experience preferred Strong organizational skills and dependability Comfortable discussing memberships and supporting the sales process Passion for helping clients achieve long-term results Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, and some weekends Compensation & Benefits Base salary is approximately $55,000 per year , depending on experience and qualifications, plus performance-based incentive opportunities tied to member retention, service quality, and studio performance. Pay:
$55,000.00
