Duties Plan and deliver engaging soccer training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels Lead team practices, drills, and game strategies to improve individual and team performance Foster a positive team environment by encouraging sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect among players Monitor player development and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills and confidence Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities, including first aid and CPR procedures when necessary Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding player progress and upcoming events Maintain equipment, organize team uniforms, and coordinate game schedules to ensure smooth operations Skills Proven experience in soccer coaching or sports-specific training instruction Strong knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and strategies Experience working with children in a coaching or teaching capacity Excellent communication skills for effective client (player and parent) interaction Ability to lead teams confidently while managing behavior effectively on and off the field Background in sports coaching experience such as basketball, climbing, or martial arts like karate or martial arts training instruction is a plus Certified in first aid and CPR; AED operation knowledge is required for safety compliance Prior lifeguard experience or swimming skills are advantageous for versatile physical activity instruction Familiarity with childcare principles and working with students of diverse backgrounds Experience teaching physical education or sports at school or community levels Demonstrated team leadership abilities with a focus on motivating youth athletes Join us to make a lasting impact through energetic coaching that promotes health, teamwork, and fun!
