Assistant Womens Soccer Coach

Assist the head coach in training sessions with tactical and technical input. Designing and planning training sessions around the teams need from week to week. Be present on sidelines during games, giving the head coach ideas and tactical strategies to help the team see success. Assist with team warmups and pre game preparations in order to get the team ready to play.

Assist with travel arrangements:

Hotel bookings, meal choices, travel schedules and itineraries. Assist with driving state issued vehicles when needed by head coach and doesn't conflict with other coaches main responsibilities. Assist the head coach in creating a fun and competitive environment for the players to grow and develop as both a student and an athlete. Assist the head coach in creating pathways for players to transfer on to the four year level once they graduate from Snow College.
