Job Description
Gymnastics Coach/ Instructor (Bothell) compensation: Pay DOE and position employment type: part-time or full-time Bothell Gymnastics Club is hiring experienced gymnastics instructors recreational and preschool classes for mornings, evenings and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Enjoys working with kids ages 3+
- Gymnastics background and coaching experience necessary with preschool, school age rec and Junior High/High School gymnastics
- Excellent communication skills with parents/coworkers/students
- Knowledge of compulsory requirements including strength, flexibility, dance and skill progressions
- Strong spotting skills
- Ability to organize and run efficient classes/workouts
- Ability to coach with positive discipline and motivation for students
- Ability to emphasize technique while maintaining safe and stimulating environment
- Desire to continue gymnastics based education
- Willing to attend staff meetings and training as required
- Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have or be able to obtain First Aid/CPR certifications by start date
