In this role, you will design engaging training sessions, foster a positive team environment, and promote healthy, active lifestyles. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help individuals develop their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the benefits of sports participation. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through sports coaching and physical education. Responsibilities Plan and deliver dynamic coaching sessions across multiple sports including soccer, basketball, football, T-ball, cheerleading, climbing, martial arts such as karate and judo. Provide clear instruction on sports-specific techniques, rules, and safety procedures to participants of different skill levels. Foster a positive team environment by encouraging teamwork, good sportsmanship, and respectful communication among players. Monitor participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to support skill development. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times Manage behavior effectively through engaging activities and behavior management strategies tailored for children and students. Communicate regularly with teachers and local director regarding progress, schedules, and safety concerns. Experience Prior experience working with children in sports or physical education settings is essential. Demonstrated sports coaching experience in activities such as soccer coaching, football, T-ball, basketball instruction, cheerleading, or martial arts training (karate, judo). Strong background in team leadership with the ability to motivate diverse groups of participants. Experience teaching physical education or working with students on behavior management strategies.
