Job Description:
Thunder Soccer Club is looking for an experienced and responsible Youth Soccer Coach to join our growing club. We are seeking a coach with proven soccer coaching experience, strong knowledge of the game, and the ability to work with players of different ages and skill levels. The coach must be professional, organized, reliable, and passionate about player development. Previous soccer coaching experience is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
Plan and lead organized soccer training sessions Coach players during practices, games, and tournaments Teach technical skills, tactical concepts, teamwork, discipline, and game understanding Adapt training sessions for different ages and ability levels Create a safe, positive, competitive, and professional environment Communicate clearly with players, families, and club leadership Arrive prepared and on time for all practices and games Represent Thunder Soccer Club with professionalism and commitment
Requirements:
Soccer coaching experience is required U.S. Soccer Grassroots License minimum, or higher coaching license required Must be comfortable coaching multiple age groups Strong understanding of youth player development Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable, punctual, organized, and professional Ability to work with beginner and competitive players Evening and weekend availability required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience playing competitive soccer Experience coaching youth soccer teams Additional coaching licenses or certifications SafeSport, CPR, or First Aid certification

Thunder Soccer Club is committed to building a strong soccer environment focused on player development, discipline, teamwork, confidence, and passion for the game. We are looking for a coach who wants to grow with the club and help develop players on and off the field.
Pay:
$30.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: 6.0 per week
