Candidates must exhibit effective coaching methodologies and possess a comprehensive understanding of the sport's rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques. The ability to cultivate and sustain positive working relationships with fellow Head Coaches, school administrators, opponents, staff, parents, and students is essential. Facilitate player tryouts at the beginning of the season. Direct team practices and conditioning sessions. Formulate in-game strategies for team performance. Coordinate travel logistics for away games. Promote and incorporate Junior High programs within the overall framework. Initiate and supervise a youth development program.
