Job Description The Assistant/Associate/Professor of Family Medicine/Sports Medicine/OMM will be directly responsible for teaching, clinical duties, and scientific scholarship. They shall be held accountable for teaching the skills and approaches of Osteopathic Manipulation in accordance the mission of the University, the School, and the Department, including

approved curriculum, providing clinical service and teaching students in the clinical setting

Required Qualifications

D.O./M.D.

degree and Board Certification in Family Medicine/Sports Medicine/OMM;

•able to be licensed in Tennessee within the first year of hire by the Tennessee Board of Osteopathic Examination/Tennessee Medical State Board.

Preferred Qualifications D.O. degree;

•minimum of 5 years experience in clinical/academic medicine teaching and leadership. Academic rank will be commensurate with training and experience
