JOB SUMMARY
:

Under the director of the School Director or other designated leader, the School Curriculum Specialist assists withthe implementation of the school curriculum as directed by the School Support Center training and developmentteam. This position will assist with measuring the outcomes, ensure benchmarks are met, and supports teachers indelivering the curriculum.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
:1. Responsible for meeting deadlines and updating curricula in a timely fashion. Must be organized andforward-thinking, supplying teachers with accurate syllabi and sufficient time to follow them.2. Working with teachers, school directors, and subject experts, curriculum developers must build strongcommunication skills not only to complete their duties in a timely fashion but also to relay information clearlyto everyone involved.3. May help organize physical and digital resources for instructors and trainees and provide manuals andguidelines on how to use online training material.4. Follow up with trainees and instructors after each course and collect feedback.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Requires ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
Education or equivalency:
Requires a bachelor's degree in education, curriculum and instructional design,or any related field; or an equivalent combination of training and progressivelyresponsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledgeand abilities to perform the assigned work.
Experience:
Requires a minimum of three (3) years of related experience that demonstratesan understanding of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. #
