Job Description

Bear Mountain Services, a division of All Native Group and Ho Chunk, Incorporated, is seeking an exceptional Curriculum Developer III / Instructional Developer III to serve as the senior curriculum lead supporting Career Training Continuum (CTC) courseware revision efforts. This position provides advanced expertise in managing and executing curriculum and courseware updates for IFIT and SDIT products in accordance with the SOW, applicable CDRLs, NAVEDTRA guidance, and NETC standards. Essential Functions Lead execution of assigned revision sets for lesson plans, trainee guides, assessments, TCCD/TPP updates, IMI media, and related courseware products. Manage curriculum development schedules, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Direct use of AIM CPM/LOM, LEAD, MELD, Captivate, or other approved authoring tools. Coordinate with Government SMEs, Learning Centers, Schoolhouses, and
IPT/WIPT
participants. Ensure compliance with
NAVEDTRA
standards, configuration management, and OMS requirements. Lead quality assurance reviews and comment resolution activities. Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated experience creating assessments Excellent writing, proofreading and design skills to develop training course materials Must possess excellent written and spoken use of the English language Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; and attention to detail Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Superior organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail Ability to follow technical direction Ability to interact effectively in a multicultural setting Excellent customer service skills Ability to work effectively on a team with colleagues in various employment categories such as active duty military, civil service government employees and other contract employees Supervisory Responsibility None for this position Work Environment This job operates in executive settings with frequent engagement at the highest levels of Navy leadership. This role uses executive office equipment and classified communication systems. Physical Demands The physical demands are typical of executive positions, with extensive travel and high-stress decision-making requirements. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time executive position with flexible hours based on mission requirements. Travel Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected Experience 5 years plus Navy curriculum development experience.
