This isn't a role for someone who just shows up and goes through the motions. You're the first face of our company — the person a business owner meets, remembers, and associates with why they chose Superior over the competition. We need someone with real presence: positive, enthusiastic, and genuinely good with people — the kind of person a decision-maker likes right away.
Schedule:
Part-time, flexible daytime appointments, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Grows as appointment volume increases — room to take on more appointments (and earn more) as the business scales.
What You'll Do:
Conduct on-site walkthroughs with business decision-makers and make a strong first impression Ask key questions about their current cleaning setup, expectations, and scope of work Take photos and document the space in detail Represent Superior Cleaning with energy and professionalism — make sure they remember us Wrap up each visit by letting the client know a formal proposal will follow within 24-48 hours Submit a same-day summary of every appointment (photos, notes, scope) so we can build an accurate proposal fast

Real growth potential as appointment volume increases, with room to grow into other roles as the company scales.
