Key Qualifications:

Current Reading Specialist certification and active PA certification/licensure Strong foundation in reading instruction, including differentiation and alignment with state and district standards Able to create dynamic lesson plans that utilize formative assessment Skilled at classroom and behavior management Previous experience working in schools, preferably in urban settings Familiarity with local district requirements and a willingness to adapt All necessary Pennsylvania clearances must be completed before start Reliable transportation is required for onsite commitment Comfortable participating in a Zoom interview

Primary Responsibilities:
