Make a difference in students lives and support school communities as a dedicated social worker. Two full-time contract positions are now open, serving either middle school or elementary school populations. Youll play a key role in fostering students success and emotional well-being in an onsite, fast-paced educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

Active MSW license in Pennsylvania is required Previous experience working in a school setting Must hold a valid, active PA School Social Worker Educational Specialist certificate --OR-- Be an LSW or LCSW enrolled in a PDE-approved social worker program Ability to obtain and maintain all mandatory Pennsylvania clearances Must feel confident supporting students and families in an urban school environment

Core Responsibilities:

Provide school-based mental health, behavioral, and social-emotional support to assigned students Serve as liaison among school, families, and community agencies Respond to crisis situations and assist with intervention planning Support students academic and social development through individual and group counseling Collaborate with educators and administration for student-centered solutions Adhere to confidentiality regulations as well as school, state, and federal compliance standards

Position Details:
