9649078-19013 Job Description Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a physical therapist, supporting a diverse K-12 student population in an urban educational setting. This full-time, onsite position is located near Chester, PA, and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Intellectual Disabilities (ID). The assignment runs from ASAP through June 10, 2027, with a consistent schedule of 35 hours per week. Ideal candidates bring genuine enthusiasm for working in schools, strong communication skills, and a flexible approach tailored to small caseloads and low incidental classroom settings. Youll collaborate closely with staff and families to help each student achieve their highest level of physical independence.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active PT license/certification in Pennsylvania (documentation required upon submission) Previous experience in a school-based environment is essential Comfortable and effective working with ASD and ID populations Willingness to obtain all required PA clearances prior to start Experience supporting K-12 students, ideally within urban districts Must commit to onsite service (remote/teletherapy not available) Open to discussing the district name with prospective candidates as part of the hiring process
