In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs, develop effective learning strategies, and create modern instructional content that drives measurable performance improvements. Financial services experience is preferred, but candidates with exceptional training and instructional design backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and performance gaps. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and develop training solutions. Analyze business objectives and define targeted learning outcomes and behavioral goals. Design and develop engaging online learning courses and training materials. Create virtual instructor-led training programs and workshop content. Develop instructional videos, job aids, guides, and supporting learning resources. Select the most effective training delivery methods, including eLearning, virtual learning, and instructor-led training. Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve learner engagement and retention. Support organizational change initiatives through learning and development programs. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and business priorities. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience developing and delivering training, learning programs, or instructional content. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and subject matter experts. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience identifying learning needs and designing targeted solutions. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning technologies.

Preferred:

Experience in financial services, banking, lending, insurance, or a related industry. Background in instructional design, adult learning, education, training, or organizational development. Experience creating eLearning modules, instructional videos, and virtual instructor-led training. Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and modern learning technologies. Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field.
