Job Description
Data Integration Analyst | Midvale, UT Nexeo Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Integration Analyst to support the development and maintenance of enterprise data solutions. In this role, you will help transform complex business requirements into scalable data integrations, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and accessibility across modern data platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in SQL, data analysis, and business collaboration, with a passion for leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and operational excellence. Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into effective data solutions. Profile and analyze source system data to support integration and reporting initiatives. Design and document data flows, transformation logic, metadata, and data lineage. Develop and execute test cases to validate data quality, accuracy, and integrity. Build and maintain automated validation, reporting, and monitoring processes. Collaborate with technology and business teams to ensure data solutions meet organizational needs. Identify opportunities to improve data quality, consistency, and operational efficiency. Support regulatory, financial, operational, and analytical reporting initiatives. Document business processes, technical requirements, and data specifications. Assist with data governance, compliance, and best practice initiatives. Participate in project planning, implementation, and ongoing support activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data integration, business intelligence, or a related discipline. Strong SQL skills, including data profiling, transformation, validation, and testing. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred:
Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or integration activities. Exposure to modern data platforms and tools such as Databricks, dbt, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or similar technologies. Experience with enterprise data warehouses, operational data stores (ODS), data lakes, or data mesh environments. Leadership experience through project ownership, mentoring, or team collaboration. Knowledge of AI concepts, machine learning fundamentals, or prompt engineering. Experience supporting financial services, banking, or highly regulated environments. Pay $35.00 - $50.00 per hour Schedule Full Time | Monday - Friday | Standard business hours with flexibility based on project and business needs.
