Let us help you transform your career. We're looking for a Portfolio Analyst (Commercial Lending) to join our Commercial Lending Services team in Utah. This is an in-office position. The successful candidate will have the skills and experience necessary to meet the following responsibilities and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
  • Use a compliance monitoring database to ensure timely receipt of customer's financial reporting requirements.
  • Review for accuracy or complete spreading and risk grading updates, as applicable.
  • Review for accuracy or complete covenant testing in accordance with corporate credit policies and loan agreements, as applicable.
  • Complete annual relationship reviews.
  • (May) Request information from customers.
  • Make recommendations and identify red-flag concerns to the Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers through written documentation and other forms of communication.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Requires a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of loan documentation, administration, and policies/procedures.
  • Must be familiar with reading, understanding, and analyzing financial statements.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in common office software applications.
