Whether working with children, teens, or adults, you will foster a love for movement while developing technical skills, creativity, and confidence. Paid positions are available for both part-time and full-time instructors dedicated to making dance accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Duties Design and deliver engaging dance lessons across multiple styles including ballet, jazz, modern, and hip hop tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels Develop comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate technique, choreography, and performance skills Manage classroom environments effectively to ensure safety, discipline, and positive behavior Provide individualized tutoring and feedback to help students improve their dancing abilities Organize rehearsals and assist students in preparing for performances or showcases Incorporate elements of theater, storytelling, and creative expression into dance instruction Utilize photography skills to document student progress and class activities for promotional purposes Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages creativity, teamwork, and personal growth Skills Strong background in one or more of the following ballet, jazz, modern dance, and hip hop with proven teaching experience Expertise in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to various age groups including early childhood education and preschoolers Excellent classroom management skills to maintain an energetic yet disciplined environment Experience working with children, teenagers, or adult learners in educational or recreational settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques Ability to adapt teaching methods for special education needs or students requiring additional support Creative skills such as sewing costumes or props can enhance performance preparation Familiarity with theater arts and stage performance dynamics is a plus Passion for working with students of all backgrounds while promoting inclusive dance education Embark on a rewarding journey by inspiring dancers of all ages!
