Pilates Room Studios is hiring Reformer instructors across our San Diego locations. We run busy, well-established group classes with a loyal client base already in place — you show up, teach, and build your hours from day one.

Compensation:

$45+ per hour based on experience, plus performance bonuses

Schedule:

Morning, midday, evening, and weekend availability — part-time and full-time considered What the role involves: Teaching Reformer group classes to clients of mixed levels, providing modifications and progressions as needed, maintaining a professional and energized class environment, and contributing to a team-first studio culture. What we're looking for: Reformer Pilates certification (or actively completing certification), strong communication skills, reliability, and genuine enthusiasm for the work. New and experienced instructors are both welcome.
