We are a small, Reggio-inspired, project-based microschool where learning is hands-on, collaborative, and designed around the needs and interests of our learners. This is not a traditional classroom teaching position. Our guides facilitate learning, support academics, help learners bring projects and ideas to life, and build strong relationships within a small learning community. You might be a great fit if you: Genuinely enjoy working with ages 9+ Can support learners at different academic levels Love hands-on and project-based learning Are comfortable with a mixed-age, neurodiverse group Can provide structure without being rigid Are warm, patient, energetic, and dependable Enjoy mentoring kids and helping them become more independent Are comfortable thinking outside of traditional education Experience in teaching, tutoring, homeschooling, microschools, youth programs, mentoring, coaching, or alternative education is a plus.
