Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Christian Hip Hop Instructor to lead engaging dance classes for kids and adults that are appropriate and fun . This role involves inspiring students through movement, developing curriculum, choreographing and fostering a positive learning environment for diverse age groups. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in dance with strong teaching skills and a commitment to spiritual growth and mentorship, creating an impactful experience for participants. Duties Develop and implement creative class structures that inspire and grow Hip Hop dance techniques while remaining completely appropriate (in movements, music, and costumes). Teach dance classes to children, teens, and adults, ensuring lessons are accessible and engaging for all skill levels. Manage classroom behavior to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment conducive to learning and character development. Collaborate with other instructors to create content for social media and market to relevant networks. Utilize classroom management strategies tailored for different age groups, including early childhood education or preschool settings if applicable. Experience Proven experience in teaching dance, particularly in hip hop. Experience working with children and adolescents in classroom management and behavior guidance. Prior involvement in community outreach or faith-based programs is desirable. Demonstrated ability to foster a positive learning environment through effective classroom experience and behavior management techniques.
