Job Description
Job Title Instructor/Lecturer Essential Job Functions Designs and implements curriculums Research and develop lesson plans Identifies desired learning outcomes, and apply appropriate lesson plans Assesses student learning Analyzes assessment results and provides feedback and support to enhance student learning Assists and participates in the organizing, planning and implementation of all educational and enrichment activities of the program that will influence students learning outcomes Supervises activities of the student tutors, promoting the program's objective of an effective teaching/learning environment for STEM students Assist director as needed Qualifications Bachelor's/master's degree in one of the STEM disciplines is desired.
