Grade School Dance Instructor

Position summary CC & Co. Dance Complex is seeking a strong, positive, and versatile Dance Instructor to teach dancers from kindergarten through 12th grade. This role includes teaching technique, choreography, classroom structure, performance quality, and confidence while building meaningful relationships with students and families. Key responsibilities Teach dance classes for kindergarten through high school students Provide strong technical training and age appropriate instruction Foster discipline, confidence, artistry, and growth in dancers Prepare students for performances, showcases, and studio events Maintain a positive, safe, and structured classroom environment Communicate professionally with parents, staff, and leadership Support student retention through strong relationships and consistent teaching Attend meetings, trainings, rehearsals, and events as required Follow studio policies, curriculum goals, and safety expectations Qualifications Dance training and prior teaching experience preferred Ability to teach and connect with school age students Strong communication and classroom leadership Professional, dependable, and team oriented Comfortable teaching a range of ages and levels Availability in afternoons, evenings, and some weekends

Pay:

$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
