Job Description
Job Overview Sarah's Dance Academy is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and experienced Ballet Instructor to join our team! We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching children and understands that dance education is about more than technique. At SDA, our mission is to provide quality dance instruction while building confidence, discipline, teamwork, and a lifelong love of dance.
Our ideal candidate:
Has a strong background in ballet technique and terminology Has previous teaching experience, preferably with children of multiple ages and skill levels Creates structured, engaging, and age-appropriate classes Is positive, encouraging, patient, and able to connect with dancers Emphasizes proper technique, alignment, musicality, and progression Is dependable, organized, professional, and communicates well Works well as part of a team and is open to collaboration and feedback Creates a welcoming classroom where every dancer feels supported and valued Is interested in growing with our studio and becoming part of the SDA community At Sarah's Dance Academy, we believe we teach dance to make great kids. We're looking for an instructor who shares that philosophy and wants to make a positive impact on dancers both inside and outside the studio.
