Job Summary Join our dedicated team as a NOC Caregiver, where your compassionate support and hands-on care will make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities. In this vital role, you will provide personalized assistance, ensure safety, and promote independence for residents in various care settings. Your energy and commitment will foster a warm, respectful environment that enhances quality of life and promotes dignity for all residents. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to track health status accurately Administer medications following prescribed schedules and protocols to ensure safety and compliance Support residents with memory care needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care, employing specialized techniques to promote comfort and safety Provide companionship and social engagement to enhance emotional well-being, fostering a friendly and supportive environment Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas through light housekeeping duties to uphold hygiene standards Document care activities accurately using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and report any concerns or changes in resident condition promptly Requirements Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care settings is highly preferred Knowledge of Alzheimer's care, dementia management, and behavior management techniques Experience assisting with ADLs, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and long-term care procedures Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in personal care home environments Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach to supporting individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges Join us in creating a caring community where every resident feels valued. Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
