What You Will Own Turning community and parent interest into real enrollment at your East Nashville learning center The local intake experience: consultation calls, tours, and registration through our booking and payment systems Building a referral network with neuropsychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other providers across East Nashville Running next summer's Literacy Intensive from planning through delivery Student growth: making sure every child at your center experiences real, measurable progress Hiring, training, and managing a growing team of Instructors Building out daytime programming over time, whether that means partnering with schools or hosting sessions at your learning center Who You Are A certified teacher, ideally with a special education background, and training in behavior management Trained in structured literacy intervention through the Wilson Reading System, EBLI, UFLI, or a similar approach Genuinely plugged into
