A Drama Teacher teaches dramatic art skills to elementary and secondary school students. Commonly produces plays, helps direct productions, and instructs and aids students in acting, costuming, lighting, stage management and set design. Usually requires previous theatre experience.

The undergraduate Theatre curriculum is founded on the premise that a theatre artist must understand the relationship between theory and practice, and is sourced in a rigorous, physical approach based on the Suzuki method and its intersection with other acting methodologies.
Education Requirements:
Ph.D. or Master of Fine Arts degree plus exceptional professional experience. Candidates should demonstrate notable professional and academic achievements, as well as five years of teaching experience at the undergraduate and graduate level.

Salary:
