We are hiring TWO stick shift driving coaches to add to our DFW team to assist our clients in learning the ways of the stick shift using our proven method, which guarantees all our clients master manual transmission in just one lesson, in around 2 hours, in just one day. Yup, we're that good. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be presentable, charismatic and enjoy working with people. You will be teaching them a skill they'll have for the rest of their lives, and will always be happy to remember how you help them achieve something they probably tried very hard to do on their own, and couldn't. Some of our clients believed they would never be able to stop stalling, until we come in. The stick shift driving coach (or client success coach (CSC)) is responsible for meeting the client in a company provided vehicle or the client's own car, at a predetermined lesson location around the DFW area, and walking the client through how to successfully operate a manual transmission vehicle. Training and shadowing provided. Each lesson takes approximately two hours, depending on the client. It never fluctuates more than 30 minutes. Paid training is provided by the company, where the new hires will shadow a Sr. Client Success Coach during mock and/or live lessons.
Training includes:
Full review alongside owner of our stick shift lesson plan New hire-led lesson alongside the Sr. Instructor Once training is complete, compensation is $30 per hour ($60 for each completed lesson plus all tips earned. Tips earned typically range between $10 - $100 per lesson. $25 Bonus for each client review: Bonus pay is available for this position and is directly tied to positive client reviews and or referrals. The schedule for the position of Client Success Coach is dynamic and tied to YOUR desired availability. You work when you want/can!
