Visiting Lecturer - Dept. of City & Regional Planning The College of Architecture, Art, and Planning at Cornell University (Cornell AAP) includes the departments of Architecture, Art, City and Regional Planning, the Paul Rubacha Department of Real Estate, jointly led by AAP and the SC Johnson College of Business, the multi-college Department of Design Tech, and the Cornell Mui Ho Center for Cities. The college spans three locations in Ithaca, New York City, and Rome, Italy, each with world-class facilities and cutting-edge technologies. Cornell AAP is about acts of transformation. The Department of City and Regional Planning (CRP) provides a dynamic, rigorous, and supportive context for addressing the most timely planning questions of our time: from social and environmental justice to equity and access to essential services and infrastructures; from climate change adaptation to land use, zoning, and sustainable transportation and housing. At CRP, the next generation of planners and urbanists hone critical disciplinary skills while broadening their knowledge with a wide selection of courses from across Cornell University, an Ivy League, New York State Land Grant institution with a global footprint. The department of CRP is the home of leading programs in planning, historic preservation planning, and urban and regional studies and is comprised of approximately 20 core faculty, 120 undergraduate students, 150 graduate students, and 4 staff members.
